When an item is opened, the screen required to perform the task opens automatically. If approvals are needed, they appear as tasks in the approver’s queue. Results and inputs are available as a part of the task for approver review. Comments are routed back to the originator with an acknowledgment.

A Rules Engine that Ensures Standardization

DRI OFFICE’s™ innovative rules engine ensures standardization and automation. Required valuations, inspections, credit reports and other items can be requested, received and analyzed without human intervention. Delays in receipt of services are queued up for user action. If results from these services fall outside of company- specific tolerances, additional tasks are sent to the queues of the appropriate processors. Once Silverlight, a lightweight browser plug-in, is downloaded, it can be updated through automatic Microsoft® updates, resulting in lower deployment costs. All data resides on the client’s server.
