Shawn Burke began working at DRI as a programmer while attending California State University at Long Beach. Early on, he recognized a need for a more formalized IT environment to support the efforts of the development team. He initiated the first DRI networks to support an enterprise software development firm.

At present, Mr. Burke manages and maintains the in-house infrastructure for the entire organization. In addition, he supports the current application installations and develops code for the service layer of the Company’s newest default applications.

Mr. Burke is a frequent attendee at technical conferences where he reviews the latest business support applications. Focused on better methods of integrating technology, he is forever researching the gap between “what is asked for” and “what is delivered,” as well as exploring usability testing as a core part of development. His dedication to solution-based business processes has contributed significantly to DRI’s position as the leading provider of cutting-edge default solutions.

Mr. Burke is a 10+ year member of the computing community specializing in network technologies.
