Duke Olrich brings over 25 year of experience in default management to DRI. A pioneer in the development of default management technologies, he is one of the industry’s leading experts on loss mitigation, foreclosure, defaults, bankruptcy, claims and real estate-owned
(REO) properties.

In 1984, Mr. Olrich founded DRI to manage a portfolio of REO properties — an entirely new concept at the time — for a savings-and-loan organization. Focusing exclusively on advanced technology solutions for REO management, the Company rapidly expanded to incorporate cutting-edge technologies for default management. This included systems for handling foreclosures, bankruptcies, claims, loss mitigation and consumer/auto loans. Today, DRI is the recognized leader in default automation.

Mr. Olrich has had articles featured in major trade publications and has been a frequent speaker at industry conferences. A former builder of residential properties, he brings a broad-based knowledge of the real estate process and financing to default management. Mr. Olrich graduated from UCLA with a BS in business administration. He is an accomplished surfer and has a black belt in karate.
