DRI Management Systems recently announced the commercial release of the next generation of default management solutions, code named
Rincon. This new solution will take advantage of the latest technologies while retaining and building on the functionality of our current suite to provide the most functionally rich and productive tools available. The 5 major components of Rincon are available for immediate delivery to all early adopters of this amazing technology.
Rincon uses the
Microsoft
.NET 3.0 coding framework and some of the latest software design
architectures:
Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) improves communication
with other enterprise systems. After twenty (+) years of building and
maintaining default software, we know that communication with other systems is an
integral part of the default process. The
SOA-based design will
facilitate communication with other systems in several ways:
-
Servicing System Integration
Integration with the loan servicing system (system of record) is critical.
Rincon will import loans into the
database, maintain synchronization between the servicing system and the
default system, and gather other important data (pay-off, reinstatement
quotes, etc.) from the servicing system, all in real time.
-
Web Services
Seamless use of web services will make using external services easier and
provide tighter integration between Rincon
and the myriad services used for managing the default process.
Rincon Web services will not only connect
to your valued service-providers/vendor partners, but also will provide a
tool to measure and grade the performance of these vendors. With nearly
unlimited possible services, typical activities include credit reporting,
appraisal ordering, title tracking and skip tracing.
Microsoft's Workflow Foundation provides the most flexibility in automating and
queuing tasks. A critical part of Rincon
will be a workflow that manages automating and queuing tasks. Changes in technology
have facilitated the use of automation to get the job done. This allows the
software to automate processes without human intervention. With a strongly
integrated workflow solution, Rincon will ensure
efficient task completion. However, the same workflow infrastructure provides
customization to allow our customers the ability to respond quickly to the dynamic
nature of a default loan portfolio.
The rich functionality and features our clients have grown accustomed to in the
current version of The Default Solution will also
be included in Rincon:
- Financial analyses
- Online approval routines
- Accounting sub-system
- Document imaging
- Industry standard forms
- Lien tracking
- Sophisticated file search routines
- Payment plan
- Property tax and insurance tools
- Letter generator
- User-defined custom screens and reconfiguration of core screens
- Outsourcer interfaces
- and more
Rincon will also retain the same modules for
managing default processes:
- Bankruptcy
- Foreclosure with attorney interface
- Loss Mitigation with decision modeling
- REO and asset disposal (remarketing)
- Claims
- Litigation
- Property/asset preservation
- Investor reporting
- Auto/consumer loans with decision modeling
- Equity analysis
- Pre-foreclosure
- Asset analysis review
In addition to this extensive functionality, Rincon
will add:
- More customizable rules-based functionality
- Internationalization and localization
- More flexible reporting options
- More flexibility in customizing the core system
- An improved help function
- and other new features
The next generation of The Default Solution
will be a "smart" system that will automate every possible aspect of the default
process through a rules-based workflow-driven environment. It will provide
interfaces to and from the servicing system and other third party applications.
DRI
invites you to experience the next generation of The
Default Solution.
