The Attorney Solution web portal connects the Servicers managing Foreclosure, Bankruptcy, Eviction or Closing within Rincon to the attorney who is managing the legal process. This solution provides the Servicing client with direct communication to their attorney. The portal functionality is based on each type of legal action, from referral all the way to file closing. This solution gives users the ability to :

• refer the file to the attorney
• receive and send messages and requests and document the Conversation log
• rend documents, reinstatement quotes, payoff quotes, Proof of Claim, closing documents, etc.
• receive critical dates to update critical Milestones and Checklist events within Rincon
