The REO Broker Solution web portal connects the Servicers managing REO within Rincon to the broker who is managing the property in the field. This solution provides the Servicing client with direct communication to the real estate broker. The portal functionality is based on the REO process, from assignment of property to property closing. This solution gives users the ability to :

• refer a listing to the real estate broker
• receive and send messages, requests
• transfer pictures, loan documents and other necessary files for the asset
• document unlimited offers and counter offers between unlimited buyers
• transmit offers and counter offers and all information on a real time basis between Rincon and the real estate broker
