DRI Management Systems Appoints New Director of Client Relations
DRI Management Systems, one of the nation's leading providers of default management solutions for the mortgage industry, has appointed Ellie Vincenti to the position of director of client relations. Vincenti is responsible for building and maintaining new and existing client relationships by providing a wide range of services that include ongoing training, business analysis, technical support, project management, creation of user documentation, product testing, and product releases.
Vincenti brings extensive experience in optimizing default management processes. Prior to joining DRI, she worked with CitiMortgage as part of the DRI Support Team, where she played a key role in supporting three installations of DRI's "The Default Solution" utilized by 500 users at multiple locations throughout the country. "Ellie demonstrates a tremendous track record of accomplishment with CitiMortgage," states Duke Olrich, founder, president and CEO of DRI. "She's done a great job at developing the DRI system into a cutting-edge solution for CitiGroup and thoroughly understands not only the intricacies of DRI's solutions but also how they can be used to optimize a company's business practices. She's more than simply an advocate and evangelist for DRI. She’s also a true leader and implementer of solutions."
In addition to training and technical support, much of Vincenti's role will be focused on evaluating client business processes and conveying solutions that resolve any issues by maximizing DRI's positive impact. "I really enjoy taking our clients to the next level in their default management process, and DRI really supports that vision. DRI makes it a priority to learn about any issues its clients may be having, because they know that’s the first step in diagnosing the condition and developing a solution that the client may not have known about," states Vincenti. "DRI is a solution-driven company, which is great for the customer and for me as well. The company really stands behind its products and constantly gives clients much more than they've asked for. I'm very excited to be part of DRI's goals to stay on the leading edge of the industry."
